These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services operated by Rebel Ablaze LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. General

All products sold by Rebel Ablaze LLC are made-to-order and custom printed after purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason, in accordance with applicable laws.

2. Products

All items are:

  • Made-to-order and produced after purchase
  • Fulfilled through third-party print-on-demand providers, including Printful and similar partners

Product colors, sizing, and appearance may vary slightly due to manufacturing processes, materials, and screen display differences.

3. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before production and fulfillment begin.

Once an order enters production (typically within 24–72 hours), it cannot be modified or canceled due to the made-to-order nature of our products.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is handled by third-party carriers and fulfillment partners. Estimated delivery times and conditions are outlined in our Shipping Policy.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Orders may be shipped within the United States and internationally to select countries.

5. Customs, Duties & International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping prices.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

6. Returns & Refunds

All return eligibility is governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to deny claims that do not comply with our policies or appear fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with stated terms.

7. Policy Priority

In the event of any conflict between website content, promotions, or advertisements and these Terms, these Terms, along with our Shipping and Return Policies, shall take precedence.

8. Third-Party Fulfillment

We use third-party print-on-demand fulfillment providers, including Printful, to produce and ship orders.

As a result, production times, shipping times, and delivery locations may vary depending on product availability and destination.

We are not responsible for delays, errors, or disruptions caused by fulfillment partners or shipping carriers.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rebel Ablaze LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

All products are provided “as is” without warranties beyond those required by law.
