RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Rebel Ablaze LLC
All products are made-to-order and produced specifically after purchase. Because of this, our return policy is limited to ensure fairness and product integrity.
1. Return & Refund Eligibility
We do not accept returns or refunds for made-to-order items unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Eligible issues include:
- Damaged items upon arrival
- Incorrect item received
- Manufacturing or print defects
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Incorrect size ordered by the customer
- Minor color or print variation due to screen display or production differences
- Items that are not in original condition after delivery
- Orders outside the claim window
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To process your claim, please include:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- Description of the problem
Claims submitted without sufficient evidence may be denied.
Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement or refund, depending on availability and fulfillment resolution.
4. Claim Review & Resolution
All claims must be reviewed and approved before any resolution is issued.
In most cases, approved claims are resolved through:
- Replacement of the item
- Refund (when replacement is not possible)
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
5. International Orders
We do not accept physical returns for international orders due to shipping costs, customs processing, and logistical limitations.
International claims may be resolved through replacement or refund where applicable.
6. Return Shipping
Return shipping is generally not required for claim resolution.
If a return is requested in special cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed defective or incorrectly fulfilled.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
7. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
8. Abuse Prevention
We reserve the right to deny claims that are fraudulent, excessive, abusive, or not supported by sufficient evidence.
