SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Rebel Ablaze LLC.


1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the United States and internationally to select countries worldwide.


2. Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (Free): Available on most orders
  • Expedited Shipping (Paid Upgrade): Available at checkout for faster delivery

3. Processing Time

All items are made-to-order.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before production and fulfillment begin.


4. Delivery Time Estimates

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days (including production time)
  • Expedited Shipping: 3–8 business days (including production time)

International

  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days (including production time)
  • Expedited Shipping: 5–10 business days (including production time)

These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.

Delivery timelines begin after production is complete and the order has shipped, not at the time of purchase.

Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, customs processing, or high-volume periods outside our control.


5. Fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled through third-party print-on-demand providers, including Printful.

Items may ship from different fulfillment locations depending on product availability and destination.


6. Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in carrier systems.


7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping prices.


8. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered but reported missing or stolen
  • Carrier delays after shipment
  • Lost packages after carrier confirmation
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout

Customers must contact the carrier directly for delivery issues. We will assist where reasonably possible.


9. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund.

If an order is returned due to address issues, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
